If you order your goods from us before 11 a.m., we guarantee shipping on the same working day. We always ship orders placed on the weekend on the following Monday.
The current average delivery time for our domestic parcels is 1-3 working days, with the majority being delivered within just one day.
The delivery times for shipments abroad are usually 2-4 working days.
Within Germany our shipping takes place exclusively via DHL GoGreen.
This means we ship to your front door or to your nearest packing station in a completely climate-neutral manner.
We ship to other countries with our partner UPS due to the faster shipping times. Here we have average delivery times for shipments abroad of approx. 2-4 days.
Since the demand for deliveries to packing stations is increasing, we also deliver to them. Simply enter your Packstation as your delivery address and your package will automatically be deposited there for you.
